Big O Tires

Very disappointed with these folks. We have bought a lot of tires here and always had great service until I purchased 4 new tires for my truck. It never had a vibration before I got this set. When I took it back to ask them to check the balance and see if maybe one was out of round they charged me $100 to check them and tell me tires are fine must be a problem with the truck. Funny it happened right after the new tires. After taking it to another shop and replacing 2 tires we suspected weren't right the vibration mysteriously went away. Probably won't be back.

I recently moved to the Fort Collins area and wasn’t sure where to go to have my tires looked at, one was making a funny noise and the other was slowly deflating, so I was a little apprehension about going to big o tires but I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door and right away I felt comfortable. They fixed my tires and I left satisfied. I will definitely go back. I also notice another customer walk in, and they greeted her by name and even remembered what they had fixed on her car previously and checked to make sure her car was still running good. Seems like customers are treated like family. Oh, yeah and the service wasn’t expensive at all.

I really appreciate how consistently trustworthy and reliable the staff is here. They are really honest about what work will cost, always check in about changes, and make a genuine effort to save you money where they can. Everyone I've interacted with has been kind, helpful, and polite. They have taken me back to the shop to show me any issues, and there has never been any of the weirdness about asking questions or feeling hustled that you sometimes get as a woman. I've been here several times over at least four years, and the culture has constantly been excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to bring me car here again.

JT at the mason location was the best. We got a flat on the 4th of july and they got us in and out on a monday morning within 1.5 hrs. He did let us know the things that we need to have done sooner than later but didnt push us like most sales people do. We will be back to deal with him in the future and bringing my driving child in for new tires in the next few weeks. Thanks so much!

After more than 20 years of being a big o tires Mason Street customer, I will never return. Two workers both quoted me $149 ea. for 2 tires and $129 for alignment. They didn't mention that the brand I bought would actually cost $199 each, another $60 to mount, plus $60 for their standard Big O Warranty. No wonder the shop didn't appear to be very busy. I should have gotten a written estimate but never had to in the past.
